Compare samples on the same clean substrate with consistent lighting. Record the product name, batch reference, finish and date. Ask the supplier for the recommended installation conditions.
02 / Inspect the appearance
Check transparency, haze, texture and color consistency before and after installation. View the film from several angles rather than relying on a single close-up photograph.
03 / Evaluate the installation
Have a trained installer compare positioning, stretch, adhesive response and edge finishing. Follow product guidance and avoid unapproved chemicals or excessive heat.
04 / Keep a decision record
Photograph comparable areas and note what worked and what did not. Keep a retained sample and agree the final product standard before placing the bulk order.
